Who We Are

Kim is an experienced CFO, ASX listed Non-Executive Director, Chair of Audit and Risk Committee and Board Advisor.  Previously an Oceania Corporate Services Leader at Ernst & Young, Head of Corporate Services working closely with the EY Entrepreneur of the Year businesses as well as large and medium National and International Businesses.  Kim is a Chartered Accountant, Fellow of the Governance Institute, Tax Institute and Institute of Company Directors with over 30 years of experience in Accounting & Finance.  Kim has a Senior Executive MBA from Melbourne Business School and has studied strategy & Innovation at both Berkeley, Haas School of Business and WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.

Beyond her professional role, Kim enjoys cycling, golfing, and staying fit, and values time connecting with family and friends.

Tracey is a qualified FCCA accountant with over 20 years of experience across a diverse range of industries. She began her career in public practice before transitioning into commercial finance roles, gaining valuable international experience along the way. Tracey has held senior positions including Senior Financial Accountant, Finance Manager, and Financial Controller, working within large enterprises, commercial SMEs, small to medium-sized businesses, and the not-for-profit sector. She is recognised for delivering accurate and reliable accounting practices that support sound decision-making and long-term financial stability.

Outside of work, Tracey enjoys spending time with her family, going for walks, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Commerce and has completed postgraduate studies in taxation and financial planning. A Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser, he brings 30 years of experience in tax and accounting. Mark has worked with large mid-tier accounting firms and a listed financial advisory company, advising some of Australia’s highest net worth family groups. He has also served as a Tax Manager, Business Advisor, and Director for both private and ASX-listed companies, as well as high-growth businesses.

In his spare time, Mark enjoys going to the gym, bushwalking, and travelling.

Alyson holds a Bachelor of Communications, a Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping, and a Diploma of Management. An experienced company director and seasoned project manager, she brings over 25 years of leadership across Australia and New Zealand. She has managed offices across multiple locations, led large teams, and worked with international vendors, giving her extensive experience in diverse and cross-cultural settings. Alyson is dedicated to supporting both our team members and clients, ensuring strong relationships and effective outcomes.

Outside of work, Alyson cherishes time with her three children, enjoys keeping fit, and loves catching up with friends.

Paula is a CPA with extensive experience in accounting and finance roles. She began her career in Big 4 audit before moving into the insurance sector, where she gained many years of experience in management accounting and systems project roles. More recently, Paula has held Finance Manager and bookkeeping positions in the small to medium enterprise sector, supporting a diverse range of businesses including engineering consultancies, not-for-profits, legal, technology, manufacturing and online retail.

Outside of work, Paula enjoys spending time with her family, spending time at the snow, and enjoying the beach at sunset with friends.

Nick is an experienced Virtual CFO with expertise in financial strategy, corporate governance, and executive advisory for both private and ASX-listed companies. He has worked with SMEs and high-growth businesses to provide strategic financial leadership and support boards with governance and company secretarial responsibilities. Nick also contributes to not-for-profit organisations, including serving as Chair of the “I Am Here” NFP, bringing practical insight and strong oversight to every role.

Away from the office, Nick enjoys spending time with his family and dog, and staying active.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and is currently undertaking her CPA studies to further strengthen her technical expertise and advisory skills. She has worked across a wide range of industries including construction, hospitality, software, wholesale and manufacturing, distribution, government and retail. Sarah’s experience spans start-ups and family-owned entities through to large multinational organisations, giving her a broad perspective on the unique needs of each client.

Outside the office, Sarah volunteers at local, regional and state-level swimming events, enjoys gardening, and spending time with her children.

Jholikka holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, is Xero Advisor and Xero Payroll Certified, and has also completed a Certificate of Payroll through Australia Online Course. With over 11 years of experience in bookkeeping and payroll, she has supported businesses across Australia with day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable, payroll processing, and reconciliations. Jho is highly skilled in tools such as Xero and Dext, with strong expertise in end-to-end payroll management including superannuation, payroll tax, and employee payments.

In her spare time, Jholikka enjoys travelling to remote islands, exploring new places, and immersing herself in different cultures.

Hudson is currently completing a Bachelor of Business at the University of Technology Sydney, majoring in Finance and Economics. He has a strong interest in accounting and financial management and is building his professional experience while completing his studies.

Outside of study and work, Hudson enjoys music—both playing instruments and attending live events—spending time with his dog, and exploring his passion for mixology.
